Sharon has lived in Hungary for over 15 years — long enough to know the market first-hand: the property price cycles, the legislative changes and the character of every district in Budapest. He is an active real estate investor, not a remote broker — his opinions are built on deals he has closed himself, not on data alone.
His professional background brings together international experience in marketing, communication and trust-building. He knows how to build a brand that convinces, how to run a remote client relationship so it stays transparent and credible, and how to present complex legal and financial matters clearly — in Hebrew, English and Italian.
Within T.E.S.U.A, Sharon is responsible for three areas: marketing and reaching new investors, property management after purchase, and the continuous client relationship — from the first introduction to the eventual sale of the property. For many of our investors, he is the Israeli–Budapestian point of contact who accompanies them at every step.
